Coupon measurements stay local. No printer or CAD is connected.

Nominal values, measurements, target sizes, mating size, and clearance are fitted only on the current page. FitCurve does not read model files, control a 3D printer, connect to slicers, or upload measurement records.

Linear calibration aid, not a metrology certificate

The tool fits measured=a×CAD+b by ordinary least squares, shows RMSE, R², and residuals, then inverts suggested CAD dimensions. Residual median-absolute-deviation cues only suggest remeasurement and never delete points. At least three pairs and two distinct nominal values are required; values outside the fitted range are extrapolations. It does not model nonlinearity, directional anisotropy, geometry type, measurement uncertainty, repeatability, or temperature, and cannot prove manufacturability or fit safety.

Dimensions may describe an unreleased part

Refreshing or closing discards current inputs and the fit. CSV contains target finished size, suggested CAD size, and correction; reports and optional local checkpoints read the visible model summary. The page receives no model geometry, but coupon sequences, target clearance, and compensation curves may still be process-sensitive, so review them before sharing.

This page uses Google AdSense Auto Ads. Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its policies. .miluland.com domain cookies sync language, theme, high contrast, a six-item recent-tools list, and up to 16 favorite tool IDs across MiluLand sites. These values never contain inputs, files, or results; the current site also keeps a local compatibility copy.

Local report studio

The report studio reads only the workbench’s currently visible result summary for local preview, Markdown copy, JSON download, printing, and a SHA-256 fingerprint. It never reads input controls or original files and is not persisted unless you choose to download it.

Optional local checkpoints

Only when you explicitly choose Save does the tool write the visible result summary, time, and optional short label to this site’s browser storage, up to five entries. Imported files and input-control contents are never stored; you can export, restore same-tool checkpoints, or clear them at any time. Imports are limited to 128KB and validate the tool, timestamp, summary, and label of up to 80 characters.
